I have no idea what happens to the points. I am not sure even support can do anything
Is someone having trouble with logging steps? Mine was all gone today. It was already 5198 steps and it was all gone. How can I get my cashwalk steps back?

I had something like this happen awhile ago - turned out I had created a new account rather than logging into my existing account. I never figured out how to get back to my original account 😓

I had this a few weeks ago. It was late in the day so had no points for the day. Phone off and on and it was fine again but I missed out on a lot of steps
