Can't redeem

I have over 10,000 points and this app is telling me to redeem them by inputting my phone number and I will receive a text message. I attempted that and it gives a message that SMS can't be accepted at this time. Scam!!

      I e redeemed gift cards in the past,but the last 2 weeks I've been trying and getting nothing but error messages while trying to redeem. I email customer support and no response

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Last time I had this issue it was because I needed to update my app.
