You are absolutely right. I think the lights are timed to be exact time.. once you are stuck in one traffic light.. you be stuck at the next.. lol.. my opinion..
Don't you hate when you get every red traffic light and end up arriving late? Had to pay entrance fee because I arrive exactly when they start charging. Dang.
Last night I left my skirt outside to air dry over night and it is still dampish 13 hours later.
