Today my feet are hurting with almost reaching 10k steps. It was an overall good day. Even made pulled beef sandwich meat in the crockpot!
Foot pain is the worst! I'm sorry your feet hurt, I can empathize.i have foot drop on one side which causes me to "dig in" with every step. I have massive calluses, then blisters, them ulcers. I have special shoes that were custom made to prevent rubbing. But guess what they do? They rub! Anyway, sorry your feet hurt. Put them up and relax if possible.
