Animal control finally got back to me. They are coming for the stray mom and her puppies on Monday. ๐ค
Mid April a stray had her puppies under our house. Was able to get them out may 6 and called animal control to come for them.
They are finally coming.
The employee that called was interested in fostering the mom once she found out mom is a dachshund. I hope she is able to.

Yes. Time and money. I can't have them loose in the front yard because we don't have fencing. Can't leave them indoors or the back yard because I have my own dogs. I only had some gardening/pet fence so they don't have much space to play. On top of that, it is super hot outside.
