      No problem. Basically, when a person is either talking a lot of nonsense stuff that is impossible to do or claims that they are going to do something, the simplest would be promising organize some paperwork, to clean out a room or cut the grass, and not actually do anything. Another one similar one is "mouth writing checks the body can't cash," although that one is usually more on the physical (getting you butt neat) side.
