Rant -- Don't you just LOVE when they tell you you're important yet have you on hold for 20 minutes (before even talking to anyone), then only to be told they're not authorized to do so and so!

      Not entitlement. Attempting to set up and coordinate medical appointments and just venting with frustration. You're going to tell us you never felt that way?
