My app will not allow me to redeem my gift card???? Who can help me???

The app will not allow me ro redeem my gift card. I keep getting a message saying for security purpose you can not redeem when your VPN IS ON.  And the vpn keeps turning its self back on when I turn it off??? Any suggestions??? Thanks
