Got some fall honey from a local seller

Recently went to the farmer's market in the botanical gardens and met a nice beekeeper. He didn't have any fall honey left to sellGot some fall honey from a local seller so he told me to come back next week.  When I did he told me I should've let him know a day before that I was coming.  Fast forward to today where he swings by my neighborhood to drop me off some.  What a sweet guy! Saved me a trip.  Check them out if you're on nyc!

Oh it is! He let me try it there.  Apparently if you microdose fall honey before the allergy season you will be better equipped.  Same with spring honey.

I know right? It's so good in drinks and just eating it. Flynn told me I should cook with it but idk what to make.  I always want to have a honeycomb one but I guess they're waxy and not really worth it.

Yes local businesses tend to have a more down to earth customer service approach. I really love going to that farmer's market.

Yes this was pricey and I tipped him for bringing it over.  So it wasn't cheap!
