In the last 24 hours, I've talked to three businesses and they were making about as much sense as a stone wanting to surf a wave.
Example #1. After initial consult ( 4 months earlier and no communications between time) and service (eye exam) told "were unable to order your lenses for you but we'll send you to someone 70 miles away."
Example #2: Industry marketing platform with a number of clients marketing on it. Sends lead out but fails to say which companies on that platform the lead came from.
This isn't any case of 'obvious adam,' right?

Sorry, I guess ot was kind of a rant. I was trying to give a bit of context here of why the two events weren't making sense and writing it out didn't help. First was, after getting an eye exam, the doctor barely communicated anything to me for 4 months before saying the won't (they said can't) fill my prescription and if I had been told that earlier, I could have made other arrangements.
