Lots of people have reported this and I think you should send the support an email on it and see if it's gets sorted out for you.
Why when I try to redeem my coins for goftcards it will not allow me to without first wanting to verify my phone number..I do that but it says phone number already verified but still won't allow me to trade in my coins

64 - they will send you a new different code every time. But recently there has been a bug that apparently the tech team is working on.
