Sugar addiction

I'm in deep with this sugar addiction. I want to kick it this summer. I'm trying to move over to fruit from cakes and candy and then drop the fruit. Any tips for someone who continues to relapse?

    The sugars in fruit (assuming you're not adding any sugar on top) is a lot less than the process sugars in the sweets we eat, plus you're getting other nutrients from fruits that you'll definitely not see in cakes, cookies, and candies. So you really don't need to get rid of those when your sweet tooth decides to make an appearance.
    And yes, I have a huge sweet tooth myself that I need to cut back on and I do turn to fruit.

    It is hard because I love marshmallows and can eat a bag.  They make keto marshmallows that are okay but not the same.  I need to make the conscious decision not to buy them...
