No, there's no need to do it everyday. Technically if you're able to do it you could finish it all in a single day if you're referring to the mingle

No. All of have to do is posted 14 days worth during the period.. I skipped the last two days of 10k since it was too hot and I walked early this morning and continue with the posting.. keep going.
