Question

This walkway looks so out of place.  And unsafe. They re did a lot of old mills into Apts in providence. This place has been completely refurbished done and the property is gorgeous. However this is the only part that really looks out of place.

There are a few buildings like this in my hometown, it's more functional than astetic.

I'm curious where that is as I know a few towns around me with buildings configured like that.

It would look fit in better if the materials matched. I guess it was more practical to use the different materials.
