I'm not sure that I fully follow. It's especially the "business enough to stay awake" that I'm confused by.
Yawning enough that you can use a cat nap but business enough to remain reasonably awake.

I hear ya I close the store last night so I couldn't unwind and didn't fall asleep till 5 AM this morning. Then woke up at 9:30 to start my day.
