App not counting my steps

For the past few weeks, this app has not been counting my steps at all. It first started where it would count less than I actually walked. It went to only giving me a max of around 10 steps, then it just stopped counting altogether. What happened?? Anyone else having this problem?

    You might have to uninstall then reinstall it. It's freezing on you. Also, I've noticed on a few apps, that their responses to actions have slowed down at times as well as ads glitch/freezing several times during their run time. That might be what's going on also.
