Yum! Most regular butter today tastes nothing like what we could get when I was a kid.  It's nice that you can still find some, but it comes with a price.

I like to eat Kerry golf butter with toast .

This was one of the best butters I've liked, it's also is absolutely phenomenal browned and baked into cookies.

Me, too. Many years ago, I was selected for a panel discussion by a market research company that was probably hired by the makers of Kerrygold butter. At the time I had no knowledge about what makes one butter better than another. By the end of that session, I was so excited about trying Kerrygold, I went straight to the nearest store that carried it. I've been buying it ever since.  Once in a while I'll see someone at the butter section at the store who looks like they're not sure what to buy, and I'll start a conversation and ask them if they would like my advice.
