Does anyone else have issues getting all the steps in before the day is over? It's been so hott and I'm busy with my little one all the time I find it hard to get out and walk as much as I would like to 🙂

    With family visiting, it's sometimes hard but I don't mind walking in the heat as long as it's not the middle of the day.

    you can try walking inside on a treadmill
