Wow how did that happen?
I tried to collect my rewards, and lost 6000 coins in the process. Never got my google playcards.

Did you check your reward history? Once you redeemed it should be there until you used it.. Check there first then maybe contact customer service for support.. just remember that takes a very long time to respond.
