For me I've been sore. Really sore that it hurts to walk and sit
I don't know if it's been the weather, we've been seeing the last reminisce of hurricane beryl rain wise, or the seats in the transportation van in work with, but my lower back and the knees have been talking and not very nicely for the last couple of weeks.
