Short term vegan diet

Just heard on a radio station that a study was dome showing short term (8 weeks) on a vegan diet has a lot of health benefits including slowing down aging.

I don't  know about all that but I do know as a whole, people do eat a lot of processed foods and meats, and having a few more veggies in our diet can't hurt.

    Not vegan but I've been vegetarian for 8 years. I was pregnant and had to see Dr every week (my numbers were bad and was further along during pregnancy) within one week my numbers were great and have remained great. I also used to struggle weight wise and managed to lose and keep off 60 plus pounds
