Changing the menu

It's a really hot day and really don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen. Then I come over here and see what others have fixed and bang, my original plans have changed. Thanks everyone for those fabulous suggestions.

Didn't mention - I major bulk shop getting all the bigger basics in once a month, with the smaller necessities as needed, so I can change on a time as everything is already in house.
