Unable to redeem my point

I am getting my account is already verified notification when I am trying to redeem my points. How can I fix this?

    Your number is associated with another account. Possibly another family member. You'll need to verify with a different number, one unused by someone else using cashwalk.

      None of my family members using my number I checked. Is there any other option?

    Do you have a pay-as-you-go phone? If the number isn't associated with a regular carrier/contracted line, you can't use it for verification. I ran into this with my daughter. If this is the case, you can verify on another phone who is not already using or intending to use cashwalk.
