I can't wait for brussels sprouts to be back in season. Because then I can make this awesome recipe. Last time I tried to make it the brussels sprouts were not looking so great so I had to toss a lot out sadly. Brussels sprouts #20

    I roast brussel sprouts in the oven with butter and salt.  So delicious!
