Cashwalk app help

Cashwalk app helpAnyone else get this error frequently? Seems to occur mostly when trying to access bonus points?  WiFi is strong so not sure why this constantly happens. Sad to we forced to at h and add then get nothing for it ?

    Sometime. Usually it returns to normal after I restarted the app

      Nice to know I am not alone I have tried restarting the app and my phone but the issue persists ☹️

      I noticed when I restart the app I lost all my steps for the day

    Sometimes I have to get off of the Wi-Fi and use regular cell phone signal. Otherwise it gives me an error occasionally, but not constantly.

    10. It's your WIFI. Use your phone data.

    Yes, when I am at work. I am sure it is with the wifi.

      Thank you I will try this for a bit I use WiFi since I don't have unlimited data plan
