If they take my coins and can't give my reward within 24 hours, then I am saying goodbye to this app after I finish the challenges that I've started.   It takes time earning the rewards and it's a bit nerve wracking not knowing if you're going to get your reward or not. (And keeping track of when you redeemed and if your received it). 😒

    Every time I redeem a reward it is available immediately.  Just got one ten minutes ago.

    I did for 2 years, too.  This last redemption was the first time that it wasn't immediately.

    The customer service is bad.   I've lost coins in the past and reached out to them, but never an answer.

    I'd say give it 72 hours, even with other apps it usually takes more than 24 hours. Hopefully you didn't try to get a big payout.

    That's too long for me.  They gave it to me immediately for 2 years, I don't know why they can't anymore.
