I'm not sure why it's doing this to certain users. I just redeemed another gift card today instantly
This app is a scam. I didn't violate any rules or service boundaries and they wouldn't redeem a gift card and then suspended my account for security reasons. I am going to notify the Playstore and Apple store that this app is a scam. I am so angry.

how is this app a scam? I been using this app for over 2 years and able to get my gift cards with no problem. I did get suspended once because I went overseas.. I just contacted customer service and it was unlocked..

I redeemed yesterday for Amazon and it's still processing. I hope I'm not headed in same direction. I'm starting to see more posts about 'still processing' . One person has been waiting a week.
