I have been using this app for a while and it's been working I've been getting $5 Starbucks a gift cards all the time now I processed one Starbucks card and it's still processing and it's been two days does anyone know what's going on

I've been using the app for 2 years and I've always received my rewards right away. I've been waiting a week for my last redemption. They took my coins and I don't know if I'll get my reward. I'm quitting the app after I get my challenge coins. Hopefully I'll be able to redeem them. 😥

I had a problem once when I redeemed for Amazon. I claimed it and then all of a sudden it disappeared. So I basically lost the coins to claim it.

I've been using this since Sept last year and always gotten my Amazon gift cards instantly. I redeemed for Amazon yesterday and it's still processing too. I sent them an email 🤞🤞
