I have never seen one. I have seen some really cool head stones.
A random thought. It's kind of cool that people put a little audio recorder or a visual display on their love one's headstone as a remembrance and such but I'm wondering, how long would those actually play for? Going by the power source, unless solar, and just overall weathering. Hmm.
