Some people are having to wait for their gift cards to be processed. People are having to wait up till a week for it.. wait until then and contact customer support.

It happened to me last week, they gave it to me after 6 days. And after that, it didn't happen again.

There is hope, i redeemed coins few days ago and i got it instantly. It was just probably the update of the new cashwalk version. When your pending giftcard is processed, you will get a notification about it.

I cashed out some of my points for a walmart gift card and normally it go through same day but this time it has been five days pending which will not allow me to cash out any more coins for anything else
