Just started and suspended for security issues

I tried to redeem my first gift card after being referred by a friend to use this app. It showed processing then this morning the coins were back but it says I am suspended due to security issues.   I am using a new Samsung Galaxy Z flip 6 via Mint Mobile. I have emailed customer support. Anyone else have this problem?

    Check your settings etc.  be careful not to have a vpn running.

    I believe they have got to be able to somewhat determine where you are.
