I agree. Sometimes something as simple as a smile and head nod to acknowledge that 'I see you' (avatar movie) as a person, a human being is all that takes to turn a person's day around.
I loved this quote from my daughter's book about kindness. Sometimes it can easy to forget how easy it is to be anything other than kind.
