why isnt my steps and calories resetting at the end of the day

why is that my steps and calories isn't resetting at midnight I woke up this morning and my steps was still left off from yesterday it's throwing me off I don't know why this is happening I shut off my phone and nothing ....hopefully it will get fixed ...🤷‍♀️trying to be optimistic

    I wonder why it's doing that ...it throws me off .. i can still use my smart watch  but still I hope this gets fixed or something

    Mine stopped counting at 20,000 yesterday at about 3pm and its still there now. I mean, i know my steps still count health wise but....I WANT ME SOME COINS!! Lol

    Mine is ok.  Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? That sometimes works when there are issues.
