I have walked over 12,000 steps today and no coins appear.

    I don't know why, but this issue seems to come up every now and then.

      Should I try uninstalling it and reinstalling? If yes will I lose my coins I already have?

      No need to do that. It will be back to normal the next day. Unfortunately, coins from the day of the issue cannot be collected.

    Same here. Started out at midnight with over 7000 steps now down to 4000 and no coins. Even lost some coins going through the videos and lottery this early am
