Do you guys go to the gym to exercise or just use the great outdoors the best you can for your exercise? I keep saying I'm going to get a gym membership lol but I still haven't 😄

    I usually run or walk outside, but can't do much right now because of an issue with my back.  I have a treadmill, recumbent bike, and Total Gym in my garage, plus a few hand weights and such.

    I walk/jog daily and I also dance hula twice a week. That's enough for me.
