Why are my step points not saying, my trend board says no data?

My cashwalk app when to 20k steps yesterday and didn't rest today so the app may be broken

I'm wondering that once you get to a certain point in walks, it just locks out - no more tracking, no more coins, no more coin collection. I know once with me, once I got a little over 20k, it stopped counting and no collection. Now I had collected 98% of the coins before I got to that point so I really didn't lose out on that side too much but, I wonder.
