My app hasn't reset in a few days. I definitely earned enough coins in the last few weeks for my reward, but it will not redeem my gift card. I can't seem to claim the reward I earned. "Multiple redemption at this IP" But it's for my phone and my 1 reward

    I tried that. It seems I have multiple issues going on with the app. I'll see what happens after midnight when everything resets

    I was able to claim my gift card today. It required my actions from yesterday- Uninstall, restart device, reinstall, login, restart my device, wait until after midnight when the app reset, then I could go in and claim my reward

    No, but everything reset last night. I'm going to see if I can get my gift card today
