New Marathon Shoes for PNWFreeRunner!

Today I visited the Eugene Running Company to get gait tested (video coming to my YouTube soon!)! My current training shoes have given up the ghost, and my backups are just too tight, causing my Achilles Tendon Bursitis to flair up when I use them for running. So, after plenty of trying on different kinds of shoes, with different stacks and cushions, guess which "neutral" shoe I chose?New Marathon Shoes for PNWFreeRunner!

    1. Hopefully Brooks. Only shoe worth buying. Supportive AND lasts longer so worth your money.

Well,... The Brooks didn't actually fit as comfortably as the other two, and I ended up with with picking a brand I had never ran with before, but oh my gosh, they were amazing! Saicony, for the win!

Wow, you seem to enjoy running. I heard that New Balance and Saucony running shoes are good. I wonder which one you chose.

Saucony takes it!! They were all three. Really wonderful, but as much as I wanted the Brooks to win out, it just didn't fit as comfortably. The new balance fit as comfortably as my previous New Balance that I had been running with, but the Saucony, oh man,! I can't say how wonderful it fit. It's like a glove!

When I used to run regularly, I ran in Brooks Ghosts - I did run several half marathon and one marathon but I was a slow runner so I am not sure if they are good shoes for true runners?!?!?
