Ny step count did not reset back to zero for the last two days what's going on

    I had the same problem yesterday. I cleared cache and data. Did a reinstall and it reset last night at midnight. I still have a pending payout not sure what to do about that. Hoping they are still working on it

    The app only allows 200 coins per day. I hit 42k steps before the reset bug got fixed last night. Don't know whether it was the reinstall or data clean or if they have a server issue. The pending payout is still a problem because you can't redeem anything if you have one pending

    Mine too. I don't know I can walk that much in my sleep. I need to reset for my step tracking.

    It has been like that for many of us if not all. You may follow the 2nd notice from the top on the feeds screen.

    Yes! How does it reset? Mines been counting ongoing since I downloaded on Tuesday

    If ur trying to claim rewards there Instantly if it's taking that long somethings wrong with cashwalk and mfs need to fix it points do reset and u click coins they disappear and u don't get the coins u walked for rip off I've deleted and reinstalled and still doing same shit points not resetting and coins gone
