I had a same issue like you. As cashwalk noticed, I updated my apps and it was fixed. Actually, I uninstalled and installed the apps. I hope it will work for you!!
My steps haven't reset for the second day in a row. I have over 4 miles of steps so I need it to reset please. I closed the app and restarted my phone. It didn't help.
