I go beyond 10k almost evry day so once it a while I short myself.. I get a bit annoyed with myself but I then I am okay with as my body is tired so I let it go.. You are doing your best.. that is what counts.
I have fallen slightly short of my 10,000 steps the past few days, largely due to a long roadtrip and crazy work week. Today I hope to get back on track!!!
