I just deleted the app and then reinstalled, but it didn't help, my gift card still shows as processing 😡

Same as me.  Emailed support 3 times now with no reply!!

Finally got it 2 days after I emailed support.  

Just ran todays update but it did not help, gift card still says processing...not happy!!
