I have the same problem. Uninstalled the app last week. Reinstalled it and it is still pending. Going to uninstall for a bit.. sent 2 emails and still no reply stuck in processing stops all future payouts
I cashed in 3,000 coins for an Amazon $5 gift card on Aug 28, 2024 and it has shown as 'processing' since. I can't obtain any other gift cards as it says, 'Your order is 'still processing. Please wait'.
I can't find any other way to contact any type of help desk or customer service.. What's going on?
