Can't redeem for gift card

I have been waiting weeks for my 5.00 Amazon gift card and everyday it says processing and today I tried to cash out again for another Amazon gift card and it would not let me, it said still processing my other gift card. What's up? All my other cash outs were immediate. Please let me know what the problem is and thanks in advance. Bobbie kussard

    To contact support, from the home screen touch the icon with three lines at the top left, then touch the gear icon on the top right and one of the choices there will be to contact support. After you do that, you will see your contact in your sent items of your email. Hope this helps Bobbie, Good luck.

    Update: 5 hours ago they released my gift card (and sent me an apologetic email)! Writing to support 5 or 6 times worked! Have patience and keep trying, they may be short staffed.
