    I've redeemed 40,000 already as well.  I think it's been 2 years since I downloaded this app.  I do Zumba and try to walk 2 miles a day so they accumulate fast.

I want to be able to giveaway 5 or 10 gift cards at a time after a great workout video is premiered.

    I've been at this for a while, 5 million plus steps and my coins have never disappeared.  Thank God.  In fact, I got more when they had that glitch recently. I was getting double coins.  CHA CHING!!

    I redeem mine as soon as I have enough. The price of gift cards can go up anytime

    I cash them out right away. I don't understand why you're collecting so much. The coins to redeem for gift card rewards may change again.

    They accumulate faster than I can spend and if I don't need anything yet, I hold onto them.

    That's a great way to use them! Incentive for your viewers, but nothing out of pocket for you.
