Redemption

I redeemed for a gift card. Sept 9, 2024. And it's processing still. Won't let me redeem anymore until this is processed. It's now 9/24/24.

    Maybe it is time you contact customer service for an answer. I seen lots of post about people waiting up to three weeks.

      Thanks I did email them. Fingers crossed. I never had this issue before.

      Personally I have been lucky. No issue for me but the past few weeks so many post about it.. Just keep on harassing them. They are super slow with responses.
