I've seen a lot of people posting want similar issues. Sure of them have had luck contacting and getting help from the support team.
Anyone else having issues redeeming points? I submitted to redeem points almost a week ago and it says it's still processing, I've haven't redeemed in a little while but in the past I've never had this issue. Anyone else having issues?
