Why didn't I get my steps

I just walk a mile got back to my house and this is all the steps I  received.   Should be 3x this.   I don't even have  enough steps to open the  first  reward.  Very sad. 😔Why didn't I get my steps

    Is it in your pants pocket because if it's not I generally doesn't count the steps like I had it in my Coat pocket where i kept my rebal red and I t didn't read

      It's 90 degree here. No coat. Yes  it was in my pocket just like I always keep it.
