    they have "contact us" link on settings but it's saying something like I didn't download something so I can't contact them idk they're weird

      I just redeem mine.Go to rewards on cash work and click on store you like.For me it was Amazon.so in the bottom click get my gift card and just enter the security code they will give you the claim code right after.Enjoy.
