Actually, i changed my rating in the Play Store to 1 star and described my problem and lack of response there. Very shortly, they contacted me, saying they fixed my account, and that I had to close and restart the app for the fix to take place! Not sure if my poor rating prompted a response, or if they just responded to my initial support request. Either way, it's fixed now and I'm satisfied! Good luck to everyone else with the same issue!

So whats the lesson today children?.. For one thing stop coming to the feed section of the app with you all's trouble shooting issues. Just go to the contact the developers link(email) and express your issues directly.
